Cindy is a Registered Social Worker with 20+ years of experience in the Human Services field. She received her Masters of Social Work with a clinical specialization in 2010. Cindy approaches her practice with a focus on:

Her ideal client is a woman with some life experience, who is finding herself in the space between who she used to be and who she wants to be. Perhaps you are experiencing separation and divorce, a career transition, changing family dynamics with your partner or your children, significant loss or you just want to make changes to live your best life. Cindy provides a warm, supportive environment where you can relax, explore and discover your next steps on life's journey.

Cindy takes a holistic, spiritual approach to her counselling practice. Whatever your personal spiritual or religious beliefs, you will find her respectful, understanding and encouraging to explore what this means for you. She is on her own spiritual journey and has found wisdom and comfort in Buddhist psychology, Indigenous ways of knowing and other alternative spirituality.

Workshops are facilitated by a Registered Social Worker and may be eligible for coverage under workplace benefit plans. You will receive a receipt upon payment that can be submitted for reimbursement. No direct billing is offered for workshops.
